Pearson Property Consultancy is closely involved with the delivery of urban regeneration projects, providing agency and development services to both public and private sector landowners and developers.

Pearson Property Consultancy was formed by Malcolm Pearson in December 2014. Malcolm has over 20 years property experience working with GVA, CBRE and First Pacific Davies. He has a broad experience having worked in land, development, residential, retail, industrial and office sectors in both consultancy and agency capacities. He has also market experience out-with Scotland having worked in London and Hong Kong.

Previously Malcolm was a land and development agent with Avison Young from 2003, and head of industrial agency at CBRE from 1998.

Prior to working in Scotland, Malcolm was a valuer with first Pacific Davies based in Hong Kong, where he was an expert witness at the Hong Kong Lands Tribunal. He also worked in their Corporate Real Estate team and dealt with office and retail property throughout the Asia Pacific region for First Pacific Davies on behalf of Standard Chartered Bank and a three year secondment with Bank of America.

Malcolm is also involved in the following companies:

Soller Group. Development company recently gained planning consent for 300 apartments on development site in Liverpool; recently completed construction of a 301 bed student accommodation development in Glasgow; and currently seeking a detailed planning consent for a 200,000 sq ft office development in Glasgow’s International Financial Services District.

Pearson Property Promotions. Land promotion company currently promoting an 8 acre site in Helensburgh for mixed use development including 100,000 sq ft business park and family pub and restaurant.

Pacific Quay Developments (Glasgow). Development company currently seeking a planning consent for a 150 bed Holiday Inn opposite The Hydro at Pacific Quay in Glasgow.
